We often hear about the latest advancements in weather forecasting – satellite imagery, supercomputers, sophisticated models. Yet, as recent tragedies remind us, even the most accurate predictions are useless if the message doesn't reach the right people in the right way at the right time.

This is the persistent "last mile" problem in weather intelligence.
